Erica MacLean and her entire team absolutely killed it for us on this last transaction! As a full-time real estate professional in a crazy market, we demand working with only the best that can get the job done right, and one time; Erica MacLean came through for everyone involved! Even though we did not get to choose to work with them per the contract terms, I would 100% work with them again and recommend them highly!

Erica MacLean was absolutely fabulous to work with! She stopped at nothing to get my escrow running as smoothly as possible. There were several hiccups along the way and she got on them immediately without any hesitation. I have sold many houses and this transaction was, by far, the smoothest and least stressful. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Erica Maclean and her team in the Carlsbad office were by far one of the easiest escrow companies I've worked with on a home purchase in a long time. As a mortgage originator/loan officer, I get to work with all kinds of different people....which is part of what I love.....sometimes it goes smoother than others. With Erica, even though it was our first transaction together, it felt like we had been working together for many years. Everything was efficient and got done in a more than timely manner...there was never any attitude which can happen sometimes in our jobs because things can get stressful when trying to meet deadlines....they were extremely professional, friendly, fast, communicative...all the things that you'd want in working together on a transaction. I can't wait to work with them again
